This Makeup Artist Is Really Into Halloween, And Her Looks Are Stunning

Ingrid Rivera is a renowned makeup artist and she is coming up with 31 looks for Halloween, all leading up to the big day.  These were her first seven and she is just halfway through.  I mean, the bar is set pretty high already so I can't even imagine what her finale will be.
