KANDINSKY

I finally made it to the Guggenheim Museum(frozen toes and all) before heading back home tomorrow.
The Kandinsky exhibition was truly impressive. It spanned the whole museum, which included 99 of his canvases. So interesting to learn how music and architecture played such an important role in his aesthetic. He truly was a pioneer of the abstract art. His Bauhaus period was my favorite (his most iconic).

The exhibition runs until January 13th, so you still have a few more weeks to go. Don't miss it!
