For some reason, the first thing that came into my mind when I saw this picture was the sea- how gorgeous and calm it may look with soft ripples but how unforgiving it can be at times.

It's always nice to hear of true change.

V magazine has announced that their January issue coming out the 14th will be devoted to plus-size models. In a time when everyone is obsessed with the statuesque, 95 pounds figure probably hailing from Eastern Europe it is refreshing to know that some editors want to celebrate beautiful women of all sizes.

Of course, this issue has already created a bit of controversy as they will be comparing a skinny model against curvaceous beauty Crystal Renn decked out in same designer duds. Below is a preview of the issue.
