Wow. What a first day for New York Fashion Week. The frigid weather has not been cooperating one bit and to top it off Alexander McQueen, one of fashion's most avant-garde designers, commited suicide. What a tragedy.
We will always remember him for his dramatic, over-the-top, and somewhat grotesque couture.
To think he was only 40-years old. Another example that success doesn't necessarily buy you happiness. Rest in peace...
