Quick Bite: Easy Almond-Crusted Trout (w/ Herbed-Garlic Butter)

This is the perfect food to make on a Friday after work when you are tired, want to save money, be healthy but still enjoy your wine (pre-game?).
All you need is fresh trout, crushed almond, one minced garlic, butter and dried French herbs.

1. In a cup, whip up 1 tbsp of butter, herbs, salt, pepper and a bit of olive oil
2. Brush the trout on both sides and cover it with the almonds.  You will need to put them in shallow plate before. Just press the trout against the almonds.
3. Line the baking sheet with either wax paper or almond.  Place fish and bake for 10 mins (make sure the oven is pre-heated at 350 degrees).
4. Enjoy the wine :)
